GOOD!!! glad to see you looking at positive!! there are a lot of people that you dont see out running because they are sitting at home on their behinds eating ice cream and brownies!! haha.. you are out there moving! remember THAT is what is important. and "we run, not because we think it is doing us good, but because we enjoyt it and cannot help ourselves"... remember you enjoy this, so make it enjoyable. if that means 2.6 miles, then it is 2.6 miles smiling laughing and having a wonderful sweaty time!!! :)
