Spin today - I0 miles in 36 minutes. I wished my spinning worked out more than just my legs because these are easy and convenient!

  1. do curls with small hand weights while you are spinning.. if your hands have weights in them, you can not put food in them!! hahahaha.. that was funny.. you have to admit.. it was funny! but seriously, you can do weights with your hands and that will help strengthen your back and core. keep up the good work!
