'Circuit' work today - spin 10 min, then 50 sb crunches, 15 knee pups, and then some weight repetitions. I did 3 cycles of this.
This really did not feel like much of a workout......

  1. you are working on toning and building muscles that will be important in running. so even if it doesnt feel like much today, you may feel it tomorrow!!!
