I am just 'not feeling it' this morning and did NOTHING!!! Worried about this mood.......

  1. ok.. let's shake this mood! remember: wear something cheery and think happy thoughts.. or try the zen approach and imagine yourself up and running and there you will be! once you get moving, you know you will keep running cuz it just feels good to do it.. keep that thought in mind, that when all else fails or disappoints.. running is always something you have control over and enjoy!!!!
