Still sick and still needing running done.
I did a warmup spin for 20 minutes, 5.7 miles.
Then some treadmill running. 22:40 - 2 miles. My legs liked this run, but my throat and lungs were a bit painful when i tried to breathe deep.
But i got some exercise for 2 days now!

  1. glad you kept it easy.. dont hurt your lungs or you may end up with pneumonia!!! then you would really be off schedule. better to take it easy for a bit than to push it and get worse and not be able to do ANYTHING for a while!!!!
