More circuit training today:  spin, then set 50 sb crunches, 10 gups (girl pushups) 30 sec plank,
repeat 3 times.
The spinning was 8.5 miles total.

  1. holy cow that is a good cross train.. i tried planks ONCE... gotta admire your determination to do those for 30 seconds!!! great job!!
